In general, most of us are used to the more traditional way classroom course are given. However, some of us may also have experienced taking classes online or watching videos on Youtube. While both types of courses are completely opposite, “Blended Learning” is located in the middle of these two opposite ends of education.

There exists various blended learning experiences:

   The blended learning models that combines integrated classroom learning and online learning

2  The blended learning models that have less integration between integrated classroom learning and online learning

 

Blended learning combines the best of two training environments—traditional face-to-face classroom training and high-tech eLearning.

The classroom offers an opportunity for role-playing with immediate face-to-face feedback, online learning offers personalized, self-paced learning with eLearning/mLearning.
